Terms of Service
ARTIST'S RIGHTS
✦ I have the right to refuse a commission that I feel I may not be able to do at my full ability, or if the request makes me uncomfortable.
✦ I have the right to post the commissions on social media and portfolio websites. If you wish to make the commission private however, please let me know in the order form.
✦ I DO NOT ALLOW MY ART TO BE USED FOR AI, AI TRAINING.
✦ Clients are not allowed to edit or alter any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens or NFTs. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, blockchain content or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
CLIENT'S RIGHTS
✦ Clients may repost the unaltered artwork on their social media or websites as long as I am properly credited as the artist.
✦ Clients can only crop or resize the artworks so that it may fit their icon/banners. Any edits or alterations to the artwork itself is NOT ALLOWED.
✦ Commissions are for personal use only unless discussed otherwise. You are not allowed to sell my art anywhere or use it for commercial purposes.
✦ Click here for samples of Personal or Commercial use. These are only SAMPLES. Anything that legally falls under Personal or Commercial use applies.
NOTES
✦ I will be drawing commissions in my style.
✦ I will not design your subject/character for you. You must send visual references. I will not accept written references, as that falls under character design and as of now, I do not do character design comms.
✦ The only time I will accept written references is if you have a very detailed collage of what you want your subject/character is wearing. Detailed collages contain: EXACT references of patterns, EXACT cut and layers of clothing, EXACT colours. I will not be making your patterns or clothes.

✦ WIPS will be sent twice:
✦ Sketching stage: The very beginning. Concept and overall look-and-feel of what the commission will look like.
✦ Finishing touches: Final colouring/process of the commission. Only minor changes can be done. NO design change allowed AT ALL.
✦ Feel free to ask for more WIP's, especially on bigger pieces, but please understand that asking many times will only hinder my workflow.
PAYMENT
✦ Payments in Paypal or Kofi and USD only. For PP, please wait for the invoice first before paying.
✦ Refunds will only be given if I am unable to continue your commission. Refund will be given in full.
✦ I will only start on commissions that are paid in full.
✦ Prices may be raised in the future.

Commissions will generally come with a transparent/single-colour background
Prices are inclusive of PayPal fees.
General turnaround time is around 1 week to 6 months depending on your type of commission.
Please note that this may extend but only a worst case scenario. I will let you know should it take longer.
A PayPal email will be needed for PayPal transactions.
Canvas sizes may vary but you will be receiving a PSD & PNG file, 300 dpi version of your commission with a watermark/my signature.
Prices may increase depending on details.
